3. Walkthrough & Evaluation

We Review the Home, The Items & The Scope

Next, we walk the home with you to determine the best plan.

We look at:

  • Number of rooms

  • Square footage

  • Item density

  • Furniture that needs to be re-homed or moved

  • Items with potential resale value

  • What is going with you, what stays, and what needs clearing out

We also look at:

  • What items will fit in your next home

  • What layout works best for your future space

  • Whether an estate sale makes sense — or whether a clear-out is the better option

You get honest, transparent guidance about the best path, not the most profitable path.

4. Estate Sale Process (If Applicable)

Typically Completed in 16–21 Days

Most estate sales follow a well-structured, efficient timeline.

  • Setup (First Few Days)

Our team organizes, photographs, and prepares all items for the sale.

  • Online Sale Week (CTBids)

Your online sale runs for approximately one week.

  •  Pickup Days (2–3 Days)

After the sale closes:

  • We pull all smaller items from inside the home

  • We stage everything for buyers

  • We minimize foot traffic through your home

  • We prepare shipping items

  • Larger items remain in place for easy removal

This protects your privacy and reduces stress.

  • Cleanout (If Needed)

After pickups, we complete a final clear-out of any unsold items.

Total Typical Timeline:

  • 16 days average

  • 21 days maximum

5. Clear-Outs (Without Estate Sale)

Sometimes the Right Answer Is “Skip the Sale”

For some families, an estate sale may not be the best use of time or money.

We’ll tell you honestly if a full clear-out is the better option.

Clear-outs include:

  • Removing unwanted items

  • Donating where appropriate

  • Disposing of debris

  • Leaving the home broom clean

  • Preparing the home for sale or closing

You choose the pace — we do the work.

6. Senior Relocation & Moves

Transparent Hourly Pricing • Fast Timelines • Full Resettling Available

We help seniors move into new homes, apartments, and senior living communities.

Standard Moves

  • $70 per hour per person

  • 6-hour minimum per day

  • Most moves take 16–24 total labor hours

    • Includes packing, moving, and full resettling

Assisted Living Moves

These require less volume and complete faster.

  • 3-hour minimum

  • Typical items:

    • Bed

    • Dresser

    • Table

    • Chair

    • TV

    • Smaller personal items

Truck Fees

  • $150–$200 per day for standard moves

  • $100 per day for assisted living moves

Supplies

  • Boxes & materials: average $2–$4 per box

7. Final Steps & Follow-Up
